Massages

Ultra Swedish Massage

This traditional massage applies light to medium pressure which detoxifies and relaxes sore muscles. Massage is one of the best known antidotes for stress. Reducing stress gives you more energy, improves your outlook on life, and in the process reduces your likelihood of injury and illness.

Facials

Anti Aging Facial

This results oriented treatment is the ultimate skin rejuvenation. It includes a professional strength exfoliation peel with advanced technology that gently lifts away the outer most layers of the skin. Results are diminished wrinkles, minimized pores, and a complexion that glows with the healthy radiance of more youthful skin. A two week use of the home care system is needed before the peel can be performed.

Acne Facial

With Glycolic Acid, follicles are opened and cleared allowing an antiseptic action that kills bacteria and prevents infection. Leading Dermatologists classify glycolic acid as the most affective treatments available. Routine use of the glycolic/salysic acid products can control acne.

Contour Body Treatment

Contour Restyling Body Wrap

After a vigorous workout, relax while being wrapped in a topical therapeutic cream that absorbs into the skin, catalyzing normal skin function. This process reduces stored waste matter (cellulite) and produces tighter, toned, firm skin.

Hair Removal Treatments

Waxing

Please note that waxing treatments will not be performed on any clients using Retin-A, Renova, Prescriptive Strength Glycolic Acid or Accutane. Please let your Esthetician know if you are on any type of medication. Waxing skin while on medication may cause sever reaction and or damage to your skin. Hair must be a minimum of 1/4 inch in length to wax.

Electrolysis

Electrolysis is by far the longest lasting hair removal treatment. Here at Body Xchange Fitness Spa we offer Transdermal Electrolysis. Galvanic current is used to safely and effectively remove unwanted hair. This current is transmitted by means of a Q-Tip Probe that follows a highly conductive gel to the moist tissue around the hair shaft, down into the hair follicle. There the current chemically changes the water and salt, naturally prominent in the follicle, into sodium hydroxide (lye), which destroys the root and papilla. First time clients receive 15 minutes FREE.
