PT Bootcamp ($)
Certified Personal Trainers lead this high intensity training using: dynamic flexibility, balance training, agility drills and functional strength training. Sessions are $10 per member and drop ins are welcome.
This invigorating class will warm up those muscles and give you the desired tone that you've always wanted. Each motivating song will work a different major muscle group. Take your muscular endurance & strength to the next level.
Up for a total body challenge? Instructors will use a variety of cardio drills that can include step, kickboxing, sports conditioning, cycling and more. Spread out between cardio drills will be challenging strength-training exercises using dumbbells, barbells, balls or just your own body weight.
Get ready to challenge your whole body! Using the Bosu ball while doing cardio drills & strength training exercises will allow you to improve your balance & challenge your core. This is the ultimate workout for individuals looking to push out of their comfort zone and break through those plateaus. This class is an intermediate/advanced workout, but can be modified for all levels.
Interval training consists of cardio exercise mixed with strength exercises. It is designed to build muscle endurance and cardio strength. Proven to be one of the most effective ways for your body to burn fat while keeping your heart and muscles strong.
Have A Ball
Utilizing a 30 to 65 centimeter vinyl ball. Who knew? The ball is the ultimate test of abdominal strength! The workout ball consistently challenges balance while targeting specific muscles or groups of muscles. This is a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT WITH PRIMARY FOCUS ON CORE MUSCLES (ABS AND BACK).
Turbo Kick Boxing
A choreographed Boxing and Kickboxing routine that will keep you moving and give you an awesome cardio workout.
Boxing and Kickboxing Cardio drills including strength-training exercises using dumbbells, barbells, balls or just your own body weight.
Martial Kick Box
Kick and Punch your way to an unbelievable workout session. Learn techniques that are sure to improve your strength, flexibility, and cardio.
This therapeutic class focusing on gentle movements and breathing works to tone and shape muscles, improve flexibility and enhance circulation. Level 1, 2
Yoga Power Flow
This is a powerful flowing series of interconnected postures synchronized with breathing. This class will cleanse the internal body and re-align the skeletal system. Be prepared to sweat. Bring water and a towel, the room will be warm. Level 3
A combo class focusing on the flexibility and strength benefits of Yoga, while achieving the core training benefits of Pilates. This mat based class is appropriate for all levels.
Emphasizes strengthening the deep core muscles of the trunk. All other muscle groups will be strengthened and engaged through flow of breath and increased awareness.
Body Sculpting Pilates
Incorporates hand weights, bands, rings, balls into Pilates Mat work. Alignment of mind and body to work the muscles with no impact. Great for all fitness levels
Sculpt & Core
Take your body to the next level with a complete routine that will strengthen & tone your entire mid section. Complete your workout with a series of total body strengthening exercises
Sculpt & Cycle
Total body conditioning class combining upper and lower body resistance training integrated with cardio work on the cycling bike, you workout within your own fitness level.
Step & Sculpt
Total body conditioning class combining upper and lower body resistance training - integrated with cardio interval work on the Step. Get the BEST of both – cardio and sculpting all at once!! Sure to burn fat and tone muscles.
Aerobics / Step
A great cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Classes will incorporate a step so you can challenge yourself even more. If you have never taken this type of class before, give it 3 or 4 times so you can get the hang of it. Our motivating instructors will keep you going with great music and fun.
This high energy class will have you climbing mountains, flying down hills, and sprinting to the finish line. If you're serious about getting in shape, this is the class to take!!! Class uses a stationary Cycling Bike – cycle shoes recommended. Limited Space You may sign in at the front desk 30 min prior to class starting.
What distinguishes hip-hop dance from other forms of dance is that it is often freestyle (improvisational) in nature. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience – Just come - ON - have fun and move!!!
It's a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!
Silver Sneakers Fitness Plan
The goal of this class is to improve overall fitness and promote health education. Muscular Strength and Range of Movement will be attained using light hand weights and exercise tubing. (Class is 45 minutes long and limited to 16 students.)
